Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship to all Egyptian governorates.
Estimated delivery times:

Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Delivered within 24 hours

Delta, Canal Cities & Upper Egypt (up to Sohag): Delivered within 48 hours

Other Governorates: Delivered within 72 hours

Returns & Exchanges
